1. APRA have recorded one third of home owners have taken up home loan deferrals and 10% of total loans have been deferred. Small business owners were the second highest cohort to engage in home loan deferrals according to data released by APRA on Thursday.

2.Australia's second-largest superannuation fund, First State Super who hold $130 billion worth of retirement savings, will stop investing shares in companies that gain more than 10% of their revenue from thermal coal mining.

3. The buy now, pay later finetch surge is tipping Afterpay as the next $100 stock. But the upcoming BNPL stocks Sezzle, Openpay and Splitit have surged the most, percentage wise, since March lows. Sezzle has risen 769% since April 1, Openpay is up 409%, Splitit rose 349%, Zip Co is up 306% and Afterpay jumped 256%.

4. The WHO has acknowledged research that suggests COVID-19 may be able to spread through particles in the air in "indoor crowded spaces". The WHO have warned the virus is "still accelerating".

5. The ASX is tipped to open lower as Wall Street dropped yesterday. The Dow fell 1.39% to 25,706.09, the S&P 500 fell 0.56% to 3,152.05 and the Nasdaq continued its rising trend up 0.53% to 10,547.75.
